Ian is the Legal Director for CTR, with over 25 years experience working with data privacy laws in a commercial environment. He has worked with international businesses and created 3 year roadmaps towards GDPR compliance for them, and worked with an agency of the UK Government to implement their GDPR programme globally. He has also been a Special Consultant on GDPR with a global accountancy firm.

Kate is one of the founders of CTR and the Finance Director. She brings 19 years commercial accountant knowledge to CTR; ten of which has been running her own accountancy practice in the North West.

Pam is the Operations Director at CTR; having previously run her own R&D company she brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and an in-depth professional understanding across broad range of commercial sectors at many levels, having dealt with local authorities and corporates to SME across a number of decades.
